Booking an appointment is free of charge.
Yes to book an appointment you have to sing in that to save for you your booking history and to receive booking notification.
Choose the services you want, sign in, click on the book, and select a time that works best for you.
It is always better to book one day in advance.
If the customer provider cancels your appointments, you will get a notification email and he/ she will be responsible for a refund if you had paid the advance.
Currently, there is no option for you to cancel your appointments, you have to contact the services provider directly.
After upgrading to a business account, you'll get a three-month free trial, then you'll have to subscribe.
Once you upgrade to a business account, you will get access to the backend which allows you to: add staff, and service, set your availability on the calendar
From the backend click on a walked-in customer, and you will get your service listed with your calendar where you can book easily.
Once you create the services you must choose the payment mode: full payment, advance or cash on delivery. If you select advance you have to enter the advance present that needs to be paid.
You can find a payment history report in the backend by clicking on Reports and choosing Payment History.
